We are excited about the heightened opportunities that our November convention will offer members, vendors and sponsors, allowing for increased face time and one-on-one interaction with growers before the planting season begins.
Hotel reservations are available at the FWA Group rate of $189 per night and $20 for each additional person. Reservations may be made by calling 1-866-996-6338 and asking for the Florida Watermelon Conference rate. Cutoff for the discounted rate is October 14, 2020.
Upgrades and Special Requests
Please contact the hotel directly at 1-866-996-6338 for suite upgrade rates and other information. Special requests including king beds, connecting rooms, etc. are not guaranteed and will be granted based on availability on the day of arrival.
Self parking is discounted to $9 for guests attending the meeting. Valet parking is also available for $26 overnight (prices subject to change).

Check-out Time: 11 a.m.
All reservations are required to be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Please be advised that five days prior to your arrival, an authorization equivalent of one night's room and tax charge will be processed on your card. Authorization on a debit card will place a hold on funds within your bank account at the time of authorization.
Cancellation required by 4 p.m. at least five days prior to arrival to avoid a charge of one night's room and tax.
