Kaley is the daughter of Van and Tonya Harper of Vincennes, Indiana
Kaley is attending the East West College of Natural Medicine in Sarasota to obtain a master degree in Oriental medicine and bacclaureate in Health Science. She plans on specialinzing in Women's health.
Kaley will hold the State title for one year and then in February she will represent Florida for the title of the Natinal Watermelon Queen.
