FWA Queen

Jessica Lauren Southard was crowned as the 2009 Florida Watermelon Queen on March 28th at the Florida Watermelon's 41st Annual Convention held at the Sarasota Hyatt in Sarasota, FL.

Jessica is the daughter of Gary and Kathi Southard of Bonson, FLorida.

Jessica is attending the University of Florida in Gainesville and is majoring in Agricultural Communiications.

Jessica will hold the state title for one year and then in February 2010 she will represent Florida for the title of the National Watermelon Queen
